FOR FRESH FLOWERS
We will make every effort to keep your order as close to the description and picture as possible; we do reserve the right to replace certain elements for any particular flower not in stock.
If you believe the arrangement has not meet your expectation, feel free to contact us within 24 hrs and we will see what we can do.
- Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving with a full refund.
- Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging.
- Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
- You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect.
- If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
- Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
- If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
- All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.
