We strive for client satisfaction, however, sometimes things happen.

FOR FRESH FLOWERS

We will make every effort to keep your order as close to the description and picture as possible; we do reserve the right to replace certain elements for any particular flower not in stock, or if we feel they will not be as beautiful as they could be.

Flowers are a natural thing, and they behave in a way we can't predict sometimes.

If you believe the arrangement has not met your expectations, feel free to get in touch with us within 24 hrs and we will see what we can do.

 

FOR PLANTS

We aim to please our customers by delivering fresh flowers/ plants in great condition. If you receive a potted plant that does not meet your expectations, please get in touch with us within 7 days of purchase date so that we can assist you.

 

DAMAGES/ ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER

Please inspect your order upon arrival, and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. Dependant on each circumstance, a store credit or refund may be issued.

In the event of human error and the original item ordered was not received, please let us know so we can make things right. 
 

 

PRODUCT RETURNS (Other than fresh flowers)

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving with a full refund.
  • Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging. 
  • Delivery charge is not refundable once the order has been delivered.
  • You may be responsible for the return delivery if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect. 
  • If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.

 

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product of the same price.
  • If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
  • All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.
