We will make every effort to keep your order as close to the description and picture as possible; we do reserve the right to replace certain elements for any particular flower not in stock, or if we feel they will not be as beautiful as they could be.
Flowers are a natural thing, and they behave in a way we can't predict sometimes.
If you believe the arrangement has not meet your expectation, feel free to get in touch with us within 24 hrs and we will see what we can do.
We aim to please our customers by delivering fresh flowers and plants in a great condition. If you receive flowers that do not meet your expectation, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can help you. For anything purchased in two weeks, we can offer exchange or refund.
