Homes: We'll knock or ring doorbell. If there's no answer, the receiver will be called.
Buildings/Condos: Recipient will be called to come downstairs and meet at lobby. We will not go to units unless the recipient really can’t come down due to accessibility/health conditions.
If security or concierge is obligated to receive the flowers on the recipient’s behalf, we don’t accept responsibility for the flowers since this situation.

MONDAY CLOSURE
We are closed on Every Mondays, and we do not send out any orders. Any orders made for after the 4 pm closing time on Sunday for delivery, will be sent out on the next coming up Tuesday.

DELIVERY TIMES
Deliveries generally will be arrived between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm, and on our busiest days (holidays) or wedding seasons, it might be later. At this situation, we cannot offer time guarantees. If you are looking for a specific time delivery, please get in touch and we will try to make it work. It has an extra fee. We do not deliver on Monday and statutory holidays.
IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME
If nobody is home and we are able to leave the flowers in a safe location. Our flowers are already wet-wrapped so they will last there for some time. However, if under any extreme weather, like extremely hot or cold (under 0 degree), we won’t leave flowers at an address unless it is fully safe to do so. Some properties do not allow for the flowers to be left safely; apartments, for example.
If your flowers cannot be delivered, then they will be returned to our store. The recipient is welcome to collect the flowers from our studio or we can re-deliver the flowers for you (same delivery fee).
DELIVERIES DURING PEAK HOLIDAYS
During peak floral holidays (ie. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), we get a volume of flower orders and won't be able to accept specific delivery time constraints. Our team is committed and diligent in trying to get orders out to your lucky recipient as early in the day as possible and all deliveries are made between 9am-7pm.
"A La Carte" event orders may not fall under our local delivery guidelines and may have additional delivery fees. Please contact us for further details.
